This exciting opportunity is for an Assembly Technician I who will be responsible for assembling products according to established specifications and instructions. The successful candidate will ensure that all parts and products under their care meet the company's quality standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in reading prints, drawings, and other instructions to ensure accurate assembly procedures.
  • Understanding of non-conformance procedures to identify and address any issues.
  • Knowledge of building material assemblies to ensure proper construction.
  • Ability to test complex assemblies for proper function and identify any defects.
  • Application of epoxies, touch-up paints, and other minor chemical processes required for assembly.
  • Generation of certificates of compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues using root cause analysis to resolve problems efficiently.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or a related area.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the industry.
  • Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
