We are seeking a skilled Nurse to lead our patient care team. As a Medical Leader, you will use the nursing process to deliver high-quality care to our patients. Your leadership skills will be essential in effectively delegating tasks, directing team members, and ensuring quality patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on current federal, state, and local laws, as well as accreditation standards and regulatory agency requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. A Registered Nurse diploma is required, with an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is also necessary.

This role requires heavy physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting. The incumbent will be exposed to blood, body fluids, and tissue, as well as hazardous medications and waste.
