About the Job:
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead our nursing team in providing high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care.
  • Mentor and develop nursing staff to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current RN license in state of practice.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing leadership.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
