Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Coordinator to join our team at The University of Texas at Austin. As a Research Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operation and management of research projects, including data collection, data quality maintenance, and study file management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect data from human subjects participants via multiple modalities, including in-person and on the phone.
  • Develop and implement protocols for maintaining data quality, including outreach and follow-up with longitudinal participants.
  • Manage study files, lab expenses, and Departmental/University paperwork, including IRB compliance documents.
  • Coordinate weekly scientific meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Development and Family Sciences, or related field.
  • Two years of relevant research experience as an undergraduate or post-bacc.
  • Effective time management and attention to detail to ensure tasks and goals of the project are completed to a high-quality standard.
  • Spanish fluency (speaking and reading/writing) is strongly preferred.
