Job Opportunity:

The Mathematics Department at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Statistics to start in the near future. The successful candidate will be committed to teaching a variety of undergraduate courses, developing new courses, and collaborating with department faculty on curriculum. Opportunities to establish research projects involving undergraduate students may be pursued.

Applicants from senior and qualified candidates can be considered for a higher rank.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a Doctoral Degree in Statistics or closely related field at the time of hiring (ABDs near completion will also be considered). Effective communication skills are also essential.
