Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Soar Autism Center is a leading provider of autism services, dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children with autism and their families. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team.

Job Summary:

The BCBA will play a critical role in our center-based early intervention program, working with young children aged 2-6 years old and their families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and mental health specialists, to provide comprehensive and integrated care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties
  • Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of therapy
  • Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and communicate progress
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate needed changes to team members and families
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience in ABA early intervention
