About the Role:

As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Vascular and Ultrasound Specialist at Trinity Health, you will be responsible for supporting the mission philosophy and policy/procedures of Holy Cross Health Systems and the Medical Imaging Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply precise positioning and scanning techniques to produce high-quality images
  • Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
  • Support the mission philosophy and policy/procedures of Holy Cross Health Systems and the Medical Imaging Department
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved Ultrasonography Program
  • Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers- General
  • Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in vascular ultrasound (RVT) Preferred or completed within 1 year of hire
  • American Heart Association - CPR certified
  • One year experience in Ultrasonography preferred, to include OB GYN, abdominal, small parts, Doppler and preferably vascular
  • Ability to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
