About the Role
We're seeking a talented Brand Experience Coordinator to join our team at MTM. As a key member, you will be responsible for coordinating the brand experience aspect of our creative projects. This includes working closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, and contractors to ensure our design visions are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in creative project management, preferably in the brand/advertising agency or home remodeling arena. A strong understanding of design trends, consumer behavior, and branding is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the brand experience aspect of creative projects, including working closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, and contractors.
- Develop and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality brand experiences.
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver projects that align with the company's brand and vision.
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients on creative projects, gathering requirements, presenting ideas, and maintaining consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of design trends, consumer behavior, and branding to inform brand experience decisions.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in creative project management, preferably in the brand/advertising agency or home remodeling arena.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
