Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Meat Clerk to join our team at Harris Teeter. As a Meat Clerk, you will be responsible for processing, packaging, and stocking meat products according to company standards. Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
