We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct treatment and ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.
- Work 1:1 with children under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.
- Perform appropriate management to ensure the child's safety.
- Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
