Job Summary

Sares Regis Operating Company, L.P. is seeking an experienced Property Management Professional to join our team at Lakemont Orchard, a 201-unit community in Issaquah, WA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Community Manager.
  • Train and develop the team, schedule employee work times, and review daily rent recommendations.
  • Collect current and delinquent rent, implement timely legal action, and post invoices.
  • Review move-in and move-out files, verify information, and enter data into the property software system.
  • Complete or verify completion of accurate and timely weekly reports, review monthly financial reports, and assist in completing variance reports.
  • Resolve resident and prospective resident conflicts, and read, follow, and implement company and employee handbooks, property policy manuals, and governing documents.
Requirements
  • Related property management experience with the ability to pass a fair housing exam.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of operations software used at the property level, including Yardi, CRM, Rent Cafe, Outlook, Internet software, EXCEL, and WORD.
  • Current driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
