Job Title: Senior Information Security Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our Infrastructure Group, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our security policies, procedures, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Collaborate with our IT team to ensure the implementation of security controls and measures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in information security, with a focus on security governance, audit, and compliance.
  • Experience with security standards such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Experience with SIEM management and cloud security.
  • Knowledge of GRC tools and security frameworks.
