We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpentry Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our reconstruction department, you will work closely with project managers, estimators, and homeowners to bring projects of all sizes to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage job sites, assisting with scheduling and oversight of subcontractors
- Perform hands-on carpentry, including trim, cabinets, emergency board-ups, and punchlists
- Communicate directly with homeowners and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes
- Assist with delivery of materials and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Participate in local community events and build relationships with key customers
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-performance environments and maintain flexibility
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to work with clients and tradespeople
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
- Ongoing leadership development program and industry events
