About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpentry Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our reconstruction department, you will work closely with project managers, estimators, and homeowners to bring projects of all sizes to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage job sites, assisting with scheduling and oversight of subcontractors
  • Perform hands-on carpentry, including trim, cabinets, emergency board-ups, and punchlists
  • Communicate directly with homeowners and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Assist with delivery of materials and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Participate in local community events and build relationships with key customers
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-performance environments and maintain flexibility
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to work with clients and tradespeople
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
