Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, and develop effective care plans to address these changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members, and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Current licensure as an LVN in the state in which you will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
