Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) in the State of Practice.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification.
