Key Responsibilities:
Leading scoping studies for technical assessments and identifying key risks and opportunities.


Providing direction on assessment objectives and scenarios to independent subject matter experts across various fields such as geology, mining, processing, health and safety, and environmental considerations.

Identifying optimization opportunities and guiding the assessment process.

Evaluating technical fundamentals to identify risk areas and their potential effects on financial valuations.

Assessing unique technical risks associated with potential partners and exploring synergies within the organization's portfolio.

Collaborating with legal, commercial, and financial teams to integrate technical insights into commercial frameworks and propositions.

Preparing detailed reports and presentations on technical risks and their implications for project valuation.

Assisting in the development of investment strategies based on technical insights.


Staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in project valuation, including incorporating environmental, social, and governance value drivers into standard financial modeling to promote innovation.
