Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Synergy America, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to medical professionals and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to health-related inquiries from medical professionals, hospitals, and clinics via phone.

2. Provide personalized and empathetic responses to customer inquiries.

3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve customer issues and concerns.

Requirements:

1. A Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

2. An LPN with 3-4 years of relevant experience.

3. A Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.

4. An Associate's degree and/or certifications in a health-related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

3. Strong knowledge of healthcare terminology and procedures.

4. Proficiency in word processing and computer applications.
