Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the research and acquisition processes for necessary easements and permits to fulfill the company's construction and maintenance objectives.
  2. Ensure timely completion of easement and permit requirements by actively monitoring project schedules and collaborating with various departments.
  3. Maintain the integrity of acquired easements and permits through meticulous review of legal documents and public records, addressing any discrepancies before finalization.
  4. Develop and nurture a high-performing team through effective coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
  5. Keep precise records of ROW easements, franchise agreements, and related financial transactions.
  6. Negotiate and finalize easements and permits in alignment with franchise agreements and company policies.
  7. Provide training and updates on right-of-way protocols to relevant stakeholders.
  8. Deliver efficient customer support services to both internal and external clients.
  9. Monitor and manage budgetary expenditures within the area of responsibility to ensure effective use of resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Construction Management, Land/Urban Planning, or a related discipline, accompanied by four (4) years of relevant experience in Transmission & Distribution practices. Alternatively, a combination of college coursework and experience totaling eight (8) years in the same field may be considered.

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel statewide are required.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with public and private land acquisition processes, strong leadership capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are highly desirable.
