As a Facility Maintenance Specialist at The Wright Touch, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment within our facilities. Your role will include the following:
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
· Ensure restrooms are stocked and hygienic.
· Collect and dispose of waste materials.
· Perform floor maintenance by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
· Adhere to protocols for using cleaning chemicals and equipment to safeguard surfaces and fixtures.
· Prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water and detergents according to established guidelines.
· Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning agents and tools.
· Report any significant maintenance needs or system issues to management.
· Order necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for operational tasks.
Qualifications
· At least six months of experience in a commercial cleaning role.
· Ability to read, write, and understand basic English.
· Physical ability to walk, stoop, climb, push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and work in various positions.
· Possession of a valid driver's license.
· Successful completion of a background check.
· Compliance with personal protective equipment requirements when necessary.

Part-Time Position:
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Total Hours: 6 hours per week
