Key Responsibilities- Operate equipment and processes with minimal supervision, adhering to factory guidelines and quality policies.
- Assist in creating instructions for new tasks and procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate time-keeping, labor tracking, and inventory control, while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Support improvement initiatives, participating in activities to enhance work environment, safety, cleanliness, product quality, and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on certifications and training requirements, consistently completing assignments on time and managing workload effectively.
- A High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
- Five (5) years of related experience in electronics production/manufacturing is preferred.
