This position is primarily remote, with minimal office or client interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis on a range of legal topics.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Assist in the preparation for trials.
- Offer legal counsel and support to clients.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to formulate case strategies.
- Keep abreast of legislative changes and regulatory updates.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney is preferred.
- Background in construction defect or insurance defense is advantageous.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and writing capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity.
