Job Title: Branch Manager

Endries International, a leading distributor of fasteners and other class c commodities, is seeking a Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring seamless customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of local Endries personnel to support customer production facilities and maintain a healthy job environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans to ensure team members meet job expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in the fastener industry, with knowledge of product applications and business operations.
  • Ability to lift 30-40 lbs as needed to assist with VMI stocking programs.
