Endries International, a leading distributor of fasteners and other class "c" commodities, is seeking a Branch Manager to join our team in Brillion, WI or Algonquin, IL. This is a hands-on position that requires strong customer service and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers' production facilities via Endries' VMI system and local Endries stockroom personnel.
• Work closely with customer contacts on a daily basis, managing and directing local Endries personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and profitable management of designated accounts for long-term stability.
• Review reports and records to maintain the bin management system and physically assist local Endries personnel as needed.
• Assist in training new associates.

Supervisory Functions

• Utilize the company's Performance Evaluation procedure or Corrective Action Policy to ensure team members meet job expectations and work towards achieving future goals.
• Provide a healthy work environment to promote employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business or equivalent educational experience.
• Business classes or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in the fastener industry and product knowledge.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• General business understanding and good math skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs as needed.
