Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to our Partners and Associates, ensuring seamless execution of litigation projects
  • Assist with cite checking, blue booking, legal research, and shepardizing, utilizing expertise to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other administrators and executives to ensure tasks are understood and correctly prioritized, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication
  • Develop and implement effective organizational systems to meet deadlines, leveraging technology and best practices to drive results
  • Write professionally, using proper spelling and grammar, and maintain high standards of documentation and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a professional services organization, with a proven track record of success
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma required, with a strong emphasis on academic achievement and personal growth
  • Proficient use of MS Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and Document Management Software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to perform complex mark-ups in MS Word, and proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation:

Salary is dependent on experience, with a range of $65K - $100K+, offering a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
