Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nutrition assessments to determine patients' nutritional status and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based guidelines in pediatric nutrition to inform practice and improve patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in dietetics or nutrition, with a completed dietetic internship and active credentialing through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric clinical nutrition, with a strong background in medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other software applications relevant to the role.
