Salary
The annual salary for this position is estimated at $41,000 or $22.52 per hour, making it a full-time position available in Whitestone, NY.
Job Description
This role involves timely and accurate completion of clerical tasks related to City and State contracts, grants, financial reports, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Data collection and maintenance, sourcing supporting documentation for financial and statistical data.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly invoices for NYC contracts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Secure supporting documentation for internal and external audits, including research and sourcing of payroll data, invoices, leases, journal entries, and other financial and statistical data.
- Management of budget and supporting documents required for government contracts, grants, and applications.
- Prepare and submit remittance details to the finance department.
- Assist in preparation of annual Agency budget, processing of monthly rent payments, and Consolidated Fiscal Report (CFR).
- Maintenance and organization of statistical data, such as levels of service and personnel action forms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant job experience.
- Excellent communication and computer skills in Excel and Word, proficiency in basic office equipment.
- Organized and able to multi-task with attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively with peers and supervisors.
