In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with Amara Integrated Project Teams (IPT) to ensure seamless integration and operation. Your expertise in systems architecture, project management, and technical communication will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes for this high-profile program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities and deliverables with Amara Integrated Project Teams (IPT) to support the OSD/SCO Director/Deputy.
- Develop and present comprehensive systems integration products tailored to the needs of the OSD/SCO Director/Deputy.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of demonstrations showcasing 5th Generation aircraft integration into Navy and other operational Command and Control (C2) systems.
- Collaborate with government, Services, and prime contractors to define and refine technical requirements for the developed architecture.
Requirements:
- Proven ability in Project Management and leading cross-functional working groups.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and collaborating with diverse organizations, including prime contractors, Services, and government agencies. This includes participation in major test events, working groups, and support agreements.
- Expertise in facilitating information sharing across multiple organizations, both government and contractor.
- 12+ years of experience planning and executing complex system-of-systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration and testing, incorporating intricate threat scenarios.
- Technical proficiency with the following:
- Battle Command Systems and concepts such as AFATDS, IBCS, CAC2S, etc.
- Fire Control Networks such as CEC, IFCN
- Cruise Missile Defense (CMD) systems such as IFPC and NASAMS
- 10+ years of experience with the Aegis Weapons System
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time within the continental United States (CONUS).
- Active Secret Security Clearance - TS/SCI preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5-10 years of related professional experience or 12+ years of technical engineering experience with operational C2 systems.
- Must be a US Citizen.
