This Travel Nursing Position offers a commitment of 36 hours per week over a 13-week period.

Essential Responsibilities:
As a nurse in the Mother-Baby unit, you will deliver specialized care for newborns requiring close observation due to various medical conditions. Your role will involve:
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for high-risk newborns.
- Monitoring and maintaining neonatal oxygen therapy and intravenous therapies.
- Assessing vital parameters using both non-invasive and invasive techniques.
- Administering medications safely, ensuring accurate dosages and monitoring for side effects.
You will also support breastfeeding initiatives by encouraging pumping and providing privacy during feeding sessions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in neonatal transport preparations.
- Maintaining NRP certification.
- Performing bedside urine testing.
- Implementing measures to reduce the risk of infant abduction.
- Demonstrating proficiency in ventilator management and TPN administration for newborns.
