  • Education: JD from an accredited law school.
  • Litigation Experience: Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of litigation cases from inception to trial.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Be proactive and a self-starter, with excellent research and writing skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Community Association/HOA or Construction Experience: A plus.
  • Bar Membership: Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
