Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a School-Based SLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students' speech and language abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, including one-on-one and group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to educational planning.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a school environment.
