Mission Overview: The Conventional Prompt Strike Test Facility (CTF) contract is designed to support the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD). We uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and fairness in our dealings with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and professional partners.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing site and office safety. The ideal candidate will be capable of:

  • Conducting project planning, including defining objectives, goals, and deliverables.
  • Facilitating project execution, monitoring progress, and tracking essential performance metrics.
  • Coordinating meetings with project teams and clients.
  • Exhibiting exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  • Effectively leading, developing, and mentoring team members.
  • Providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Fostering a positive team culture and environment.
  • Demonstrating strategic communication skills.
  • Addressing diverse audiences and effectively conveying messages and ideas.
  • Writing clear and concise communications in a professional manner.

Compensation: $120,000

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

· Possesses strategic knowledge of daily project execution, including managing, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and personnel to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards while ensuring client satisfaction.

· Previous project management experience is essential.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Essential Functions:

Physical Requirements: May involve lifting weights up to forty (40) pounds as necessary.

Work Environment: May include both indoor and outdoor tasks. Indoor environments may consist of cubicles (considerations: close quarters, low to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting). Outdoor tasks may involve various environmental conditions, including warm and cold climates. Must work effectively with colleagues and all management levels. No unusual hazards or environmental conditions are expected.

Equipment and Machines: Ability to operate office equipment such as personal computers, printers, copiers, telephones, fax machines, and other work-related tools as necessary. Must possess or be able to obtain heavy and light equipment licenses.

Attendance: Standard hours are Monday – Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM during flex weeks, and 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on non-flex weeks. Punctuality and regular attendance are crucial to meet deadlines. Flexibility in work hours may be required based on critical mission needs. Attendance is considered essential except for approved time off.

Other Essential Functions: Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when interacting with clients, management, and colleagues. Must possess clear, concise, and accurate communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and attire must be appropriate for the role and not pose safety risks. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere through professional behavior and communication. Independent transportation to the office or work site is necessary. Travel (up to 20%) to customer locations and test sites may be required to support projects, which may involve airline travel. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, seat belts must be worn, and no cellular devices should be used while the vehicle is in motion.
