Crane Service Maintenance Technician

American Equipment Holdings is seeking a skilled Crane Service Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure crane equipment is in good working condition
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of crane malfunctions and breakdowns
  • Consult with customers on repair and safety-related issues
  • Generate sales leads during service calls
  • Document work performed accurately and neatly
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory and ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3-phase motor control systems
  • Minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance experience
  • Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments
  • Willingness to work overtime
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with good driving record

  • Competitive hourly rate: $25-$40/hour
  • 80 hours PTO per year
