Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
  • Operate and maintain industrial control systems, electric motors, and PLC.
  • Ensure all machinery and equipment are in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Document all performed maintenance work, repairs, and machine adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement effective maintenance strategies and schedules.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and functionality of machinery and equipment.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance to production staff and other maintenance personnel.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial controls, maintenance, electric motors, and PLC.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy machinery and work in confined spaces.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
