Job Summary

RDS of Virginia, LLC is a leading recycling company with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Sorter to join our team at one of our facilities across three states.

As a Material Sorter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our recyclable products. Your primary responsibilities will include sorting and separating recyclable materials, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and operating equipment safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and separate recyclable materials in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with plant staff to achieve production goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours with occasional bending or squatting
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
