Key Responsibilities
- Promote awareness of safety among team members and oneself through proper work practices and good housekeeping.
- Monitor product quality and take corrective measures as necessary.
- Safely fill high-pressure cylinders and cryogenic products into dewars.
- Contribute to site security by adhering to established security protocols.
- Conduct safe and efficient plant start-up and shut-down operations according to approved procedures.
- Identify and resolve process-related issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
- Monitor system performance against set standards and report any discrepancies.
- Notify management of safety incidents, unsafe conditions, environmental concerns, or production issues.
- Participate in site safety initiatives, including the Site Safety Committee and monthly safety meetings.
- Complete self-paced training via the computer training program and meet training goals.
- Perform additional duties essential to the helium transfill operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
