About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at BAUHAUS Specialty Center. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service to our clients, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including electrical and paint products.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on product selection and usage.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Design and maintain visually appealing promotional areas to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or suitable trade apprenticeship.
  • Experience in sales and distribution in retail or the DIY industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for sales and customer service.
