ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position in the Marble Falls, Texas area. As a School-Based SLP, you will play a vital role in supporting students' communication skills and promoting academic success.
- Full-time position (37.5 hours/week)
- On-site, preferred
- Elementary caseload
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results, IEP objectives, and input from parents, teachers, and other team members.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, including articulation therapy, language intervention, fluency therapy, and social communication skills training.
- Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and other professionals to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans and activities.
- Monitor student progress, document therapy sessions, and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
- School experience preferred; not required
- Texas SLP license (CCCs or CF)
