About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in the repair of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to identify and assess the extent of the damage.
  • Develop and implement effective repair plans to ensure that vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition.
  • Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, including welders, sanders, and spray guns, to repair and restore damaged vehicles.
  • Work closely with our Service Advisors to ensure that all necessary repairs are identified and completed in a timely manner.
  • Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including washing and preparing vehicles for customer return.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
  • Personable and friendly demeanor with a World Class customer service approach.
  • Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

This position is based in a normal shop environment and requires occasional physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds. Exposure to fumes, chemicals, dust, and high levels of noise is also possible. Required to wear protective equipment when necessary. Occasional sedentary work is also required.
