Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager

At Kyocera Document Solutions Development America, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing the development of new products, enhancements of existing products, and technical solutions based on short-term and long-term needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps, considering priority, customer needs, financial limitations, staffing requirements, and availability of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales leadership, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecycle, meeting with them regularly to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
  • Work independently, requiring minimal intervention, to deliver high-quality products to the market.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product development decisions.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in product development, software planning, or quality assurance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong technical skills, including web, mobile, and cloud solutions and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
