Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Orora Packaging Solutions. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve overall plant efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field, with a strong background in supervisory or management roles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of maintenance personnel.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on safety and quality.
