Electronics Technician PCBA

Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain PCBA assembly machines, ensuring high-quality production and efficient workflow.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of electronic components and assemblies to ensure compliance with SpaceX's quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PCBA assembly, electronics manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of electronics, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes.
