We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director for Hematology and Oncology to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Clinical Scientist TA Lead to plan, lead, and advance programs and talent.
  • Partner with Early Clinical Development physicians accountable for the assigned program(s); support activities required to develop clinical plan.
  • Define and standardize best practices and development opportunities for the clinical scientist team.
  • Build a collaborative, supportive learning environment.
  • Successfully lead, plan, and execute trial level activities for multiple trials with minimal to moderate level of supervision.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in clinical science, clinical research or equivalent, and 2+ years of Phase I experience.
  • Experience and demonstrated proficiency in managing direct/indirect employees and leading teams.
  • Domestic and International travel may be required.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $182,000-244,000.
