Job Title: Cyber Security Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Systems Analyst to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a Cyber Security Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing, administering, and monitoring security configurations to maintain the security posture and compliance requirements of Joint Environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and administer security configurations utilizing ACAS and ESS tools to ensure robust protection of the enterprise environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant security policies, guidelines, and standards.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot security systems to detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents.
  • Manage and optimize Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) to provide comprehensive protection across all endpoints.
  • Deploy, manage, and update Antivirus Software Suites across the network, ensuring all systems are protected against known threats.
  • Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for security incidents, providing expert analysis and resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years focused on ACAS, ESS, and Antivirus Software Suites.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing security configurations in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of DoD security compliance requirements and frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Operating System (OS) Training Certificate or Certifications such as any Microsoft Windows, Linux, MacOs, Unix, or VMware.
  • Proficiency in administering ACAS (Nessus/Tenable), ESS, and various Antivirus Software Suites.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues.
Benefits:

Northrop Grumman offers a competitive salary range of $121,000 - $181,400, as well as a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
