Position Summary:
We are in search of a dedicated FOIA Program Support Supervisor to deliver essential administrative assistance to our U.S. Government client. This role requires an individual with an active DoD Secret Clearance and a strong background in Information Access support.


Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing FOIA support in accordance with AFMAN guidelines.
  • Reviewing, processing, and redacting both routine and significant FOIA requests, complaints, and appeals.
  • Ensuring timely forwarding of FOIA requests and case files to the appropriate agencies within a 3-working day timeframe.
  • Offering DAF eFOIA helpdesk support, including account access and training.
  • Managing and administering the DAF eFOIA System and Public Access Link site, notifying relevant parties of any outages.
  • Developing necessary FOIA court documentation within specified deadlines.
  • Conducting audits and tracking recommendations for DAF Information Access Programs.
  • Coordinating logistics and agendas for annual workshops related to Information Access.
  • Processing requests for records disposition and managing inquiries related to Information Access Programs.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A valid DoD Secret Clearance.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant federal experience.
  • Proficiency in managing Privacy Impact Assessments and handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) breach reports.

Work Environment:
This position operates within standard office hours, with occasional telework opportunities available upon prior approval.
