We are seeking highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team at a school district near Salem, OR.
Job SummaryAs a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language therapy services to students of varying ages, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students.
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each student's unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student development.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of educational plans.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Oregon SLP license or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience working with a range of age groups is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
