Job Summary:

Salem-Keizer Public Schools is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide prevention, assessment, and remediation services for students who exhibit difficulties in language, speech, voice, and fluency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize leadership, advocacy, and collaboration to provide services for students.
  • Design and implement prevention, assessment, and remediation services to help students meet their functional and educational goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.

Requirements:

  • Valid Oregon license with appropriate endorsement issued by either the Teachers Standards & Practices Commission (TSPC) or Oregon State Board of Education (OSBE).
  • Current or pending licensure with either agency.

Working Conditions:

This is a licensed position with a salary range of $45,478 - $89,512, prorated based on FTE. The salary schedule is subject to change.
