Key Responsibilities- Diagnostic and Repair: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and repair issues with vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and service advisors to provide estimates and updates on repair status.
- Quality and Efficiency: Perform work in accordance with dealership policies and manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality repairs and efficient use of time.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician, preferably in a dealership environment.
- Certifications: ASE Certification and B-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Skills: Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills, ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment, and strong customer service skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Vacation and Sick Leave: Generous paid time off and sick leave policies.
