Oceanside Care Center - Nursing Services Overview

Position Objective:

To deliver outstanding nursing services to residents, adhering to medical directives and established nursing protocols.

  • Document and assess patient medical histories and nursing observations
  • Evaluate residents' physical and psychological well-being
  • Supervise resident activities and assess the quality of nursing interventions
  • Administer nursing services in alignment with care strategies and institutional guidelines
  • Facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
  • Engage with residents, their families, and the healthcare team

Required Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role is advantageous
  • Current CPR certification is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in establishing and nurturing professional relationships
  • Able to execute Essential Job Functions effectively
