Staff Nurse

Position Objective:
To deliver outstanding nursing services to residents, adhering to medical directives and established nursing protocols.
- Document and assess patient medical histories and nursing observations
- Evaluate residents' physical and psychological well-being
- Supervise resident activities and assess the quality of nursing interventions
- Administer nursing services in alignment with care strategies and institutional guidelines
- Facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
- Engage with residents, their families, and the healthcare team
Required Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role is advantageous
- Current CPR certification is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in establishing and nurturing professional relationships
- Able to execute Essential Job Functions effectively
Additional Responsibilities:
Other responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.
