Payer Enrollment Specialist

At Advocare, we are seeking a highly skilled Payer Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our healthcare providers are properly enrolled with payers, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Enrollment and Maintenance: Complete and submit initial payer enrollment applications for new providers, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information for all providers.
- Payer Relations: Establish and maintain positive and respectful relationships with payers' Provider Relations Representatives.
- Credentialing and Compliance: Maintain, update, and re-attest CAQH profiles for each provider as required, and complete Medicare and Medicaid revalidations in a timely manner.
- Database Management: Enter provider data in database and status notes for documentation purposes.
- Issue Resolution: Work with payer representatives to resolve provider enrollment issues causing gaps in billing or payment denials.
- Education: Preferred 4-year College Degree.
- Experience: 3-5 years prior experience in a healthcare, physician practice, or credentialing environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, database, and spreadsheet analysis.
