The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in security or customer service roles. A valid California State training and Guard Card license is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Patrol Officers, also known as Security Guards, play a crucial role in deterring criminal activities, safeguarding property, and enforcing regulations on-site. Duties may include monitoring surveillance systems, conducting patrols, and performing security checks. In various environments, Security Officers ensure the safety of equipment and personnel while verifying the credentials of individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the premises.

Available Positions:

  • Rover: Conduct foot or vehicle patrols, identifying suspicious activities and preventing vandalism, theft, or other unlawful acts.
  • Gatehouse: Welcome residents and visitors with a positive attitude, verify identification, log visitor vehicles, announce arrivals, and manage access control.
  • Front Desk: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, monitoring CCTV systems, announcing visitors, and managing package distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Possession of a valid California State Guard Card
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Experience in report writing
  • Familiarity with monitoring and surveillance
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Previous security experience is advantageous but not mandatory
